Kaabil is an extended advertisement of HRX.

Plot:Rohan and Su are two blind people who fall in love and eventually get married.Su gets raped.The duo are denied justice by cops.This sets Rohan on a revenge saga.

My view in a nutshell:

+ve: Hrithik Roshan to an extent.

-ve:lack of emotional connect.

My view in detail:Hardly about 5 minutes into Kaabil,Rohan and Supriya meet for a blind date.After 2 minutes of meeting her,he decides to get married to her and to call her Su.

Yami as Su,does nothing other than grinning,and this makes her look nothing less than a retard.Fortunately,this retard acting ends few minutes before interval.

Hrithik Roshan as Rohan is the better of the lot in Kaabil.He looks as if he is in an extended version of Koi Mil Gaya.

Ronit Roy yells in Marathi,like he has got throat pain.His presence on screen was very irritating.All he did was to try and growl like a lion.

The screenplay falters and fails to make an emotional connect with the viewer.The first half is boring and almost forced me to walk out of the theatre.The second half is a revenge saga and is more interesting than the first half.

The only scene I found cute was the one where Rohan impersonates Big B.

Songs in the second half are totally uncalled for.There is not much scope for supporting actors in the movie.The climax is predictable.

More than a revenge saga,Kaabil looked like an extended advertisement of HRX,which in turn is endorsed by Hrithik Roshan.

The editing done on the scenes in Marine drive and nariman point is very bad and the back drop looks fake.

Kaabil fails to match the hype it created prior to its release.Watch Kaabil only if you are Kaabil enough to sit through 2 hours and 19 minutes of drama that makes no sense.

All evidence seems to have washed away.

Goof up:

Su has a talking watch,which Rohan buries with one of the rapists.But the watch is heard,screaming out time twice in the pre-climax scene.
